During checkout, customers will select “Send SMS” as their preferred method for handling substitutions. The picker will replace all the missing items as appropriate and when finished the customer will get a text message with a link that opens a page displaying all the original items ordered besides the replacement items chosen by the collector. The customer will approve or reject each replacement item individually and select "Confirm & Send.” The collector removes the rejected replacements and completes the order as usual.
